TCL 40th Anniversary Ceremony

September 28, 2021 witnessed TCL's 40th Anniversary Conference in Huizhou, China, where Li Dongsheng, founder and chairman of TCL, delivered a keynote speech titled “Grateful for the Times and Usher in the Future”. During the speech, he shared how TCL has changed and innovated since its foundation, and clarified the vision of building a technology and knowledge-intensive intelligent high-tech industrial group.

MOKA 10th Anniversary Ceremony

Taking advantage of the 10th anniversary of MOKA’s establishment in 2022, MOKA held celebrations and planned a series of activities around the theme of “Striving for Excellence” for partners and suppliers. Selecting commemorative awards and distributing anniversary gift packages to employees to gather consensus, strengthen positive values, and accumulate momentum for upward refuelling.

G20 Global Partner Conference

MOKA’s development is inseparable from the full support of partners, and MOKA has always adhered to “customer-centric” to provide customers with first-class services. The first G20 Global Partner Meeting was held in 2017 and held every two years since then. Top 10 customers and strategic partners from home and abroad were invited to attend the event to experience products and witness the growth of MOKA. Liang Tiemin, general manager, remarks that MOKA is committed to becoming the “best partner” of customers, and carrying forward the company culture of “Together, Stronger”.

Eaglet Cultivation Program

“In our prime, We are the best”, as a key talent group of MOKA, Eaglet has always attracted the attention of the company. Every year, MOKA carry out the “Power Camp” to help fresh graduates integrate into the big family quickly by setting up a curriculum system that combines comprehensive courses and cooperating with expansion activities. Each center/department sets its own activities to provide eaglets with a face-to-face communication opportunity with leaders, through which the leaders can better understand the young and help them grow.

Reserve Cadre Cultivation Program

With the talent development concept of “cultivate own people, and cultivate own people by self”, MOKA carry out a reserve cadre team training camp named “Flying Eagle & New Feather” to meet company development needs. Adopting a comprehensive training system designed from strategic requirements, organizational capability requirements, cadre models, and ability gaps, allows Eagles can improve in an all-around way from the perspectives of role and culture, customer thinking, leadership, collaboration, efficiency, and digitalization.

“I want to talk to you” Round Table

MOKA adheres to the company culture of being “Striver-Oriented”, and each center/department will hold an “I want to talk to you” round-table from time to time, combining reading-sharing activities to provide employees with a cross-level communication opportunity. Through the meeting, the management has a better understanding of the needs and ideas of employees, and employees’ confusion can also be answered, which effectively shortens the distance from each other.

Development Activities for Outstanding Employees

In the first half of each year, MOKA organizes activity for the outstanding employees last year. Excellent employees are one of the valuable assets of a company, as their dedication helps company achieve goals. Therefore, the activities participated by MOKA leaders shows MOKA's appreciation to employees, and encourage them to work harder for greater achievements!

Summer Childcare Class & Parent-Child Activities

MOKA organizes “Summer Childcare Classes” every summer vacation to help employees balance work and family life, providing their children with a rich summer vacation and allowing employees to work with peace of mind; Organize a “Family Open Day” on June 1st, providing a parent-child activity platform for employees’ families to walk in and learn about MOKA.

Holiday Activities

MOKA strives to improve the happiness of its employees by organizing holiday activities with different themes to send sincere wishes. Also, various types of cultural activities are in place to meet the spiritual needs of employees.

Birthday Party

Birthdays are worth celebrating. MOKA arranges regular birthday parties, where birthday wishes are sent, celebration is made and joy is shared.

MOKA Sports Event

The sports game is held in MOKA every winter. In addition to traditional sports events, there are also e-sports and entertaining events for different employees' needs and interests. This has been proved to be a great way to exercise and relax after work.
