TCL 40th Anniversary Ceremony

September 28, 2021 witnessed TCL's 40th Anniversary Conference in Huizhou, China, where Li Dongsheng, founder and chairman of TCL, delivered a keynote speech titled “Grateful for the Times and Usher in the Future”. During the speech, he shared how TCL has changed and innovated since its foundation, and clarified the vision of building a technology and knowledge-intensive intelligent high-tech industrial group.

MOKA 10th Anniversary Ceremony

Taking advantage of the 10th anniversary of MOKA’s establishment in 2022, MOKA held celebrations and planned a series of activities around the theme of “Striving for Excellence” for partners and suppliers. Selecting commemorative awards and distributing anniversary gift packages to employees to gather consensus, strengthen positive values, and accumulate momentum for upward refuelling.

G20 Global Partner Conference

MOKA’s development is inseparable from the full support of partners, and MOKA has always adhered to “customer-centric” to provide customers with first-class services. The first G20 Global Partner Meeting was held in 2017 and held every two years since then. Top 10 customers and strategic partners from home and abroad were invited to attend the event to experience products and witness the growth of MOKA. Liang Tiemin, general manager, remarks that MOKA is committed to becoming the “best partner” of customers, and carrying forward the company culture of “Together, Stronger”.

Eaglet Cultivation Program——“In our prime, We are the best”

The Eaglet are the future pillars of our company—talented individuals in whom we place great trust and expectation. The Eaglet Ignition Camp serves as their launchpad, blending foundational and business-specific training to sharpen professional competencies. Through diverse experiential activities, participants cultivate a sense of ownership and responsibility, while direct engagement sessions with senior executives foster alignment with our corporate vision.

Soaring Eagle Program – Clarity in Action, Ready to Soar

The transition from “Young Eagle” to “Soaring Eagle” represents a critical leap within TCL’s eagle-themed talent pipeline. This program targets high-potential employees with 2–3 years of experience, systematically deepening both their professional expertise and leadership capabilities. Aligned with participants’ developmental stages, the program offers a multidimensional learning journey that precisely empowers individuals, driving mutual growth between talent and organization. It accelerates readiness for core responsibilities, enabling high-potential talent to advance alongside the company on its global journey.

Global Talent Pipeline Programs

To support MOKA’s globalization strategy and build a robust international talent bench, we have launched two flagship initiatives: ⬤ The Petrel Program: Systematically cultivates overseas-ready professionals equipped with global perspectives and hands-on international business experience, laying a solid foundation for our global operations. ⬤ Future Plant Manager Program: Through intensive, small-cohort “train-and-fight” formats, this program nurtures candidates with global mindset and leadership potential to become tomorrow’s plant leaders. Together, these programs form a high-quality, globally competent talent pipeline that powers MOKA’s sustained international expansion.

Leadership Development Programs

At MOKA, we firmly believe: “We grow our own people—and grow them to be truly ours.” To sustain business momentum, we have developed a series of targeted leadership programs—including Soaring Eagle & New Feather, New Frontline Leaders, and New Mid-Level Leaders—to systematically develop talent from succession pools to newly appointed managers. Guided by corporate strategy, these programs decode organizational capabilities and leadership competencies to deliver a holistic development experience. Our goal is to continuously strengthen the effectiveness and resilience of our leadership corps, securing MOKA’s long-term success.

Technical & Skilled Talent Program – T-Eagle Initiative

Focused on frontline manufacturing, the T-Eagle Program follows a dual-track approach—technical excellence + management potential—to cultivate well-rounded talents. It enhances both practical technical proficiency and emerging leadership skills, building a strong base of frontline leaders who are masters of their craft and ready to lead.

MOKA Masterclass

The MOKA Masterclass is a knowledge-sharing platform that captures and transmits the real-world wisdom of our senior leaders. By offering a “helicopter view” of business operations and leadership principles, it helps employees break through cognitive barriers, grasp the essence of management, and see the bigger picture—fueling collective growth as we navigate global challenges together.

Employee Care & Cultural Integration

“I want to talk to you” Round Table

MOKA adheres to the company culture of being “Striver-Oriented”, and each center/department will hold an “I want to talk to you” round-table from time to time, combining reading-sharing activities to provide employees with a cross-level communication opportunity. Through the meeting, the management has a better understanding of the needs and ideas of employees, and employees’ confusion can also be answered, which effectively shortens the distance from each other.

Summer Childcare Class & Parent-Child Activities

MOKA organizes “Summer Childcare Classes” every summer vacation to help employees balance work and family life, providing their children with a rich summer vacation and allowing employees to work with peace of mind; Organize a “Family Open Day” on June 1st, providing a parent-child activity platform for employees’ families to walk in and learn about MOKA.
